As the eldest of six siblings, Stephanie played a significant role in their upbringing, which helped shape her deep commitment to family and wellness.

With a background in healthcare and business management, Stephanie began her career in traditional healthcare before transitioning into holistic and preventative health. Her passion for helping others is the driving force behind both her personal and professional life.
